West Windsor, NJ 08540 - 10/22/2022 Serious Car Accident on Old Trenton Road involving DWI and Vehicular Assault

On October 22, 2022, the West Windsor Police Department responded to the scene of a serious motor vehicle accident on Old Trenton Road and Colt Circle. Multiple individuals were involved. The initial investigation revealed that a 2015 Ram Promaster van had crossed the center lane and collided head on with a 2008 Ford F-250. The passenger of the Ram was injured and entrapped within the vehicle when first responders first arrived on scene. The driver of the Ford was outside of his vehicle with various injuries. The two individuals were transported to Capital Health and another individual was transported to Robert Wood Johnson.


Investigation revealed that the operator of the Ram was operating the vehicle under the influence. He was charged with DWI and two counts of Vehicular Assault. The crash remains underinvestigation.
