West Windsor Township, NJ 08540 - 2/27/2022 Serious Motor Vehicle Accident on Princeton-Hightstown Road at Clarksville Road

On February 27, 2022, the West Windsor Township Police Department reported to the scene of a two car accident on Princeton-Hightstown Road, near the intersection of Clarksville Road. Initial investigation revealed that vehicle 1 was traveling west on Princeton-Hightstown Road while approaching a green traffic signal. The vehicle attempted to make a left turn at the aforementioned intersection. The maneuver placed the vehicle in the direct path of vehicle 2, which was traveling east on Princeton-Hightstown Road. The rear driver's side passenger of vehicle 1 suffered a serious head injury, while the driver of vehicle 2 likewise suffered serious injuries. None of the injuries were believed to be life threatening.
